Dark, fruity and deeply atmospheric. The richness of ripe fig blends with the sharp sweetness of blackcurrant to create a scent that feels indulgent and a little unexpected. This is the candle for moody evenings, autumn nights and cosy corners. One of ARNA's most distinctive fragrances.
Fragrance: Rich & fruity · Hand-poured in small batches · Clean burn
🫐 Fig & Blackcurrant — Perfect for evenings. Pair with dimmed lights for a deeply atmospheric feel. Wonderful in the bedroom or living room.
"All ARNA candles are hand-poured in small batches. Natural variations in the wax surface are completely normal and are a sign of a genuinely handmade product."
HOW TO USE YOUR ARNA CANDLE
- Trim the wick — Before every burn, trim the wick to around 5mm. This ensures a clean, even burn and prevents excess smoke or soot.
- First burn is important — Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface has melted into a full wax pool on the first use. This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn every time.
- Never burn for more than 4 hours — Burning longer than four hours at a time can overheat the vessel and reduce scent quality.
- Keep away from draughts — Burning in a draught causes uneven burning and can be a fire hazard. Place on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from open windows.
- Stop at 10mm — When only around 10mm of wax remains, stop burning. Burning to the very bottom can damage the surface underneath.
- Never leave unattended — Always extinguish your candle before leaving the room or going to sleep.
Care & Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — UV light can fade colour and alter fragrance
- Keep the lid on when not in use to preserve the scent
- Never move a candle while the wax is liquid
- Keep away from children and pets
- Always burn on a heat-resistant surface
