HOW TO USE YOUR ARNA BODY OIL

1. Apply to damp skin — For best results, apply immediately after stepping out of the shower or bath while your skin is still slightly damp. This locks in moisture and helps the oil absorb more effectively.
2. Warm it first — Pour a small amount into your palm and rub your hands together for a few seconds to warm the oil before applying.
3. Massage in — Using long, gentle strokes, massage the oil into your skin working upward from your feet toward your heart. Spend extra time on dry areas like knees, elbows and heels.
4. Use sparingly — A little goes a long way. Start with a few drops and build up if needed — you want your skin to feel nourished, not greasy.
5. Allow to absorb — Give the oil a minute or two to absorb before getting dressed to avoid staining clothing.
6. Use daily — For best results use every day, ideally after every shower or bath.
